Tony's Tyre Service - Jervois Quay

A real mixture with these guys. On one hand very friendly polite staff, obviously experienced and professional and maybe good prices also.One trip to them they were excellent did tyre quickly and let me leave it for 3 hours while in Wellington Central.Next trip absolutely crazy, 5 trips to get them to get a diagnose a noise which was a nail within tyre and hence tyre replaced. You would think easy one or two visits to Petone/ lower hutt branch but no 5 separate visits and roughly 10hrs of my life gone. They are busy as obviously and it's not the staffs issue really. But 5 separate trips in. For a basic issue. Unbelievable. I deserve a free tyre after all that lol.To update Tony's got in touch after this review and apologies for mess around, they gave me a free wheel balance which was much appreciated. Many thanks Tony's tyre service,very kind of you. Have changed my star rating appropriately.

I have used Tony's for many years and have found them always friendly and the device they give me has been outstanding. Their prices have been very competitive and they will beat the price of any competitors price on the same tyre. I will go back there when I need new tyres ever time.

I was sick and had to cancel my original appointment and thought id booked for the following week but was for the following month. The man was so nice and said they would do my car anyway. I didnt feel like an inconvenience and he was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his service

Quick friendly service! Great deal on wheel alignments, especially love that you can get the deal for up to 3 cars, good for the whole family!

Went here to swap my front and rear wheels over, and got a wheel alignment done. Service was great. Had an issue where the wheel arch had detached slightly and the guys here helped find the issue and got it back in place. Really happy with the experience.

The person in charge of the Livechat and emai, answer them!!!!!Edit: well I send you 2 emails last week to the email address you gave me, and guess what? No answer, don't bother anymore, bough new tyres someone else.

Friendly staff who listened and were able to complete service fast

my car was damaged by the store, I approached them & they seemed willing to address it. However, they sent me to another store where I had to wait and was told I would need to pay. Then I was advised that the manager would get back to me. I followed up 2 more times and was told someone would get back to me but no one has
