Came here to celebrate my birthday on the 17th of March and the people working that night made sure it was one to remember and enjoyable. Everyone was kind and awesome and even gave me free game of bowling!! Would definitely recommend coming here to celebrate your birthday :))

After emailing to do a booking and no reply after a week finally called to follow. They were booked up so no party for my child, and instead of trying to solve the problem with an upset customer.... I got hang up on!! Will never go or organize to go to this entertainment center. Terrible service.

Super friendly staff and the Lazer tag was great fun, even for adults. You can play free for all and shoot all your friends! Highly recommend for a non-drinking eve

Kids had an amazing birthday party playing laser tag. We have kids 2yrs through to 8yrs and they all enjoyed it (and parents got to go in to supervise little one). Kids loved it. Highly reccomend this place.

When staff say hey wanna try something new, just say yes! We had such a blast in the laser strike arena that we asked for another round. For a first timer at anything like this I would highly recommend a free for all kinda game and just hope that at some point your laser hits the target. Good luck

Never answer the phone. Online booking system doesn’t work as “I’m not a robot” recaptcha doesn’t work.Go on site to get a lane and it’s fully booked until late evening. Explaining the above issues to counter staff we’re flogged off as it doesn’t matter due being fully booked and apparently website upgrades and nonsense like this to excuse it.Sort out the customer service and get a proper online booking system. I’m not coming back
