Quinovic Property Management
Quinovic have been my landlord for 2 rentals. As I was required to shift out of my first rental (due to house having sold), my Quinovic property manager at the time, said she would recommend me for any Quinovic rentals I applied for as she said I was an excellent tenant. I was able to secure another rental with Quinovic because of her recommendation. Any problems have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and within a reasonable time period. I have found Quinovic property managers to be reasonable, efficient, and friendly to deal with.

Quinovic Property Management
I have used Tauranga Quinovic property management for about twenty years now and they have always done a great job of looking after my properties. Due to their thorough vetting of new tenants there have rarely been any issues. On the rare occasion there has been a problem, it has been resolved quickly and professionally, usually before I have needed to be aware of it. My manager is very thorough with maintenance and has a team of tradesman available to attend at reasonable costs. Highly recommend .

We've been with Quinovic for 4 years now and we've had nothing but the best experience with them. Vicki's our TM and she's awesome. I would definitely recommend Quinovic if you're looking for an Agency that cares and gets things done asap!!

The staff at Quinovic - Tauranga are very professional, competent and almost always meet my expectations (4 stars). Then, their recent handling of tenant damage and subsequent repair and insurance claim was exceptional. They came through for me when I really needed them, an indication of excellent service for their clients (5+ stars).
