Josh and Marcus were instrumental in assisting me on purchasing my next house. Having a busy full time job and not the best understanding of the processes made having both them assist me through the process more seamless and less stressful. Their emails and video chats on advice and where to next aided in this, with timely responses to questions or phone calls if missed. Having what I still needed to do clearly articulated was great as a reminder as when you get bogged down with work having to decipher it yourself can be overwhelming. I’m greatly appreciative of the work Josh and Marcus have done for me and I would use them again if I’m in a position to purchase another house.

Now that April Hastilow has left I still had high hopes using Become for our mortgage and insurance brokers but unfortunately have been disappointed. With insurance we had 3 consultant changes before 1 actually stuck which meant we had to repeat 3x our situation/ numbers etc (all 3 different calls too) which was frustrating and time wasting. Vinessa didn't seem that interested in helping us (maybe because we weren't a business or have multiple properties?), she also had to ask the same questions each call which we had to explain again and again what we needed. Communication wasn't great and all round disappointing. I wanted to move to where April is now working but Vinessa declined my request due to wanting to keep income in the business. I was quite shocked at this, it came across rather unreasonable and strange. Don't recommend.

Nik Velkovski was excellent throughout the whole process. He was always engaged and kept me up to date with what was happening while purchasing my house. Very friendly mortgage broker that was proactive and assisted me throughout all the challenges over the last 18 months. Can’t recommend him enough!
