Fixed the crack. Insurance claim of which I sorted. Lost my details and I had to contact again. Systems terrible. Crack sorted, will go to Nova next time I think. Aa told me I would be contracted within 2 hours. Had to phone them, lost my claim. Not great business.

Pleasantly surprised they did not charge for a chip repair - no fault of theirs they could not fix it completely as it had gone too far.Staff are pleasant and efficient but you would be well advised if wanting a windscreen replacement to ask around other competitors prior to accepting.
