We have been wanting ebikes for quite awhile. We looked at other bike shops but electric bikes plus were the only dedicated ebike shop and had a great stock. Will showed us bikes in our price range and other features we asked for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he didn't push us or rush us. He had to order in a bike for my husband who is taller so we waited a week but all worth it. Would totally recommend and love our bikes.

Great support from Will when my bike needed to be fixed in a hurry - Will rang a busy bike shop in Cromwell and teed up the urgent repair (so I could ride the Dunstan Trail). But... work is needed on systems so that servicing my bike is completed on time, rather than Will having to finish another bike tech's half completed job when I came to pick my bike up. Some internal comms improvements needed. 5+ stars for Will though.

Not impressed by the product or the high repair bills I have had after only 5,000 kms. Broken spokes have been common and expensive to repair and the charge controller failed entirely and had to be replace after only 5,000 kms. Another expensive repair. After sitting in the shop for weeks and weeks and weeks waiting for a part to come in I get a text saying if I don't pick up the bike in 3 days I'll be charged a storage fee. Just seems like nickle and diming. Not impressed.

I recently bought an e-bike here, and chose to go here as another friend spoke so highly of them. I first went in to look at two bikes I had seen on their website but both felt too heavy. Kelvin found out from the outset what my cycling experience was like and what I wanted to do, and suggested another model. I had ample time to look and was given plenty of information to help make a decision.When I picked the bike up the handlebars were adjusted how I wanted them, and the service was so friendly. I am confident future servicing needs will be met very well.I have had two rides now and I love my new bike. Being able to increase the power on hilly bits and into the wind is just magic!Margaret

Wow, good old fashioned service. I can't speak any higher of the service we have received today from Will and the team. They couldn't have done more for us. So helpful and made you feel like a valued customer. I absolutely recommend Electric Bikes Plus Palmerston North for everything to do with E-Bikes.
