Bought some products from a very helpful guy. One of them didn't work correctly so it was returned to the store. We never received a refund to our account, and never heard back from the store, so we disputed it with our bank. Just found out dispute was denied. Not only do they get to return the defect item back to the manufacturer, but they get to keep our money as well.

The lady who helped me and my partner throughout out visit was super amazing. Super knowledgeable on the products and helped us with the pros and cons on certain products making sure we got the best deal possible.

Appalling service. First thing to come out the store persons mouth was asking for a mask. No hello or greeting. We had already been in store for 5 minutes. I had a mask exemption but was told I wasn't allowed to shop there because they don't accept them. Completely illegal and the store owners need to check their facts because they can't discriminate based on medical status. Fully vaxxed but denied service because I'm medically unable to wear a mask. Absolutely disgusting. Store person needs to learn to engage politely too as she rolled her eyes several times while I told her she can't discriminate. I will never, ever shop here again and will HAPPILY spend my money elsewhere!

Hello, the names c dog, thats what my friends call me. This shop Is good one, the staff are Very Helpful. They explained the ins and outs of multiple different things. they even demonstrated how to use some products which was SO helpful. I would recommend this shop 100000x if i could. Good price for value high quality products too.

I was in this store Friday 29-04-2022. Very rude store person, discriminate against people that can't wear a face mask because of health reasons, and refused excess.

Someone very helpfully took the call when she was working to open the store.First time shopper so r e a l l y appreciated the way she casually checked if I needed assistance and offered advice. Sensations" was a great game to buy! "Not tacky" as my wife put it the next morning. Still a few 'favours' owed from that night and we're only part way through the challenges. Myself and my flatmate went into the store. They had what I needed but unfortunately the attitude from 1 staff member was poor. My flatmate was transferring to purchase something and from sitting almost the entire visit stood up to basically yell at him no photos when he was transferring money for a purchase. Won’t be going back in store again very disappointed as the other girl was lovely and very helpful
