Hopeless! Booked a taxi an hour in advance just for them to apologise and say they can’t see it in their system. Meanwhile my child waits in the rain for me to pick her up from school.

Terrible service. We booked a van to pick us up from a very busy event at 1am as we knew transport would be difficult. We were called at 11pm to say they were here to pick us up and the concert still had 2 hours to go, so we reminded them we booked for 1am and they said all good. When it got to 1am we called to ask where they were and they said they already sent the vans at 11pm and there’s none available anymore. Shocking, we had to sit in the pouring rain for an hour trying to find a ride home from mount smart stadium.

Never arrived. I called them for pick up, they said 10 mins wait time. I waited 35 mins and no show. Definitely only going to be ubering from now on

Worst taxi company, we pre booked a van for 1am after a concert and they confirmed this with us twice and the pick up location. We head to the pick up location at 1am and there’s no vans, called the company, lady was rude, still no vans. They left us in the rain - ended up paying $250 for an Uber home after waiting 1.5 hours. 0 stars.

Booked a Van to and from a 21st. The initial pick up was late and charged us almost twice the amount quoted. I confirmed our 23.30 pick-up 15 mins before it was due and was told the van was on its way. After waiting 20 min pasted the due time I phoned for an ETA to be told no van was going to come. Not only does that create serious issues (stuck out in Dairy Flat in the middle of the night with no transport), but they didn't even have the decency to call and let us know (they would have just left us waiting). 1 star rating is 1 star too much. DO NOT USE

If I could give 0 stars and still post a review I would. To call this a taxi 'service' is an absolute joke!! I had made a booking for a taxi to pick up my 92 year old dad from his rest home and drive him to the restaurant where the extended family were meeting up for Fathers Day dinner. Unfortunately he cant get into my car, as it's too low. He waited 45 minutes at the entrance but no taxi came, so he ended up having Fathers Day dinner on his own at the rest home. I may never get another chance to have Fathers Day dinner with my dad again. You people are despicable. You just dont care!!!

Dad (85) left his wallet in a cab - rang them straight away, they refused to contact the driver and put him through to a voicemail. He rang 3 times and I rang twice. No one bothered to call back. The last time I asked for a manager, spoke to the shift supervisor and he checked with the driver, no wallet found. A couple of days later the wallet appeared in Dad's letterbox. He didn't have his address in it, it can only have been left by the cab company but no phone call or apology. It's no way to treat the elderly!

I pre booked a taxi van for 6 people to go to my Wedding. The taxi was 40 minutes late with no communication from the company. I rang after 10mins and they said he would be 15 mins, he was not. When he finally arrived he left us standing on the side of the road in the cold wind while he set up the seats in the back for us. This was my Wedding day - I was 45 minutes late to my own Wedding. If you have somewhere important to be - DO NOT USE NORTH SHORE taxis. We didn't even get an apology, in fact he was annoyed that we said something. It also cost us more than 2 x Uber's would have. Sadly, we were too late to catch the last of the day light, so only had 10mins to take photo's outdoors.

Ok. Was. Lovely friendly nman. And helpful. Gave him tip He. Came next two days as reliable.

The whole process for any Taxi company, compared to Uber or Ola is just complex and more hassle. They do have a pretty smart voice recognition system to give your address and it handled a complex address pickup.If didn't tell any estimate of when someone could come, as it was I had called 2 other taxi companies mid week and they had no taxis available.The auto system said a taxi would be there soon" it didn't arrive by 15 mins so called. The company called in another taxi company to fill the job
