Awful service, we ordered two meals for delivery, I received two notifications telling me my food is on its way and another notification telling me that they have changed the driver and hour later our orders have been cancelled. We phoned to complain but the store had closed, won’t ordering from this company again just poor customer service.

Really great bento bowl however super pricey for a small spoon of chicken, 1 cup of rice, a small portion of vegetables, and a drizzle of mayo. We had intended to share the meal at the price, but between two you need to buy one each, and even one bento for one person many would feel let down. May have been just the staff on, as I write this review I see other photos that look better proportioned than the meal we received. Unsure if I would order the bento again based on my experience. Sushi is a safer bet here.

It was 5mins before closing and i wanted Teriyaki chicken on rice, which had been sold out obviously, but they were so happy to go out of their way toake it for me which i was so appreciative of, so outstanding service, but they always are...

Love the Whangaparaoa branch. Staff are lovely and there is always freshly made food and plenty to choose from. Can't say that about all the St Pierre stores unfortunately.
