I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.

I was impressed with this company from the initial consultation on the phone to discuss my needs. It was clear from the in-person visit by Jason that he knew his stuff. The process was thorough and considered. Ben, who installed the pump was friendly and efficient. And, super tidy. Everything was cleared and cleaned when he left. I am super happy with the unit. We recently had two heat pumps installed by the team at Campbell Electric. We were very pleased with the prompt service provided and valued Jason's input regarding the most appropriate heat pumps to get, where they could be installed to be most effective and how they would be installed into an existing house with the added complication of external stone veneer that required core drilling. They arrived on time when they said they would and did exactly what they said they'd do. The heat pumps are working well and we feel confident that Campbell Electric would respond well if there were any issues.

The team who installed Heat Pumps were friendly, punctual and professional. Even though my installation was quite tricky they were positive and worked hard to get it done.

The entire team at Campbell was fantastic to work with, but we would like to extend a special thanks to Jade Blenkin for his exceptional contributions.We are impressed by his unwavering commitment to ensuring that the air intake was installed in the most optimal location, rather than merely settling for a convenient alternative. Jade went above and beyond by crawling through our scissors truss to ensure the air intake was perfectly placed. We have tried to access the other side of the house through scissor truss before and know it is not an easy job. We also know most installer would not bother to go there at all.We really appreciate Jade's willingness to go the extra mile. And I think it is employees like Jade who make a significant difference in customer experiences.

We had a ducted heat pump system installed by Campbell Electric & Refrigeration. From the start they were amazing to deal with and Jason gave us great advice on which system to go for. So good to finally be warm for winter!

Sold us, and installed our Mitsubishi heat pump. Everyone we dealt with from Lisa in the office, Phil who installed the unit and Jason the manager, knew their jobs. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
