Food is okay, not the best KFC but certainly not the worst. Customer service has never been good here. I hardly ever go there for that reason. Just full of staff who look like they would rather be working somewhere else. Looks nice since they did some new upgrades

Every now and again, I think maybe KFC will have worked out the fast bit in fast food. And then I remember that’s what I thought the last 5 times. Shame on me, though. I should learn.

At least half the time I go here, you're out of zinger fillets. How hard is it to order more? Look at your sales, project... Order correctly. If I did it for 10 years I'm sure KFC can figure it out.

Very popular, every weekend is always busy. Staff are very fast and friendly even though its busy they still smiling and very approachable.Park are not enough for a long queue.

Went for lunch the food was good and the person who took our order was very helpful and friendly as for the lad who handed me our food seemed to be bored not even a smile. That's why I only gave 4 stars. Some of the staff seemed to be doing nothing so I would have thought that they could have been doing some cleaning as the floor was dirty. But over all my experience was good.

I was skeptical of this KFC at first seeing as when we lived in Auckland it was very hit and miss with the quality of food and service however the food at this KFC is fresh, hot and delicious. It did take awhile to place our order due to staff shortages but don't let that stop you, when we got our food I was very impressed! Thanks team

Food was good but the service was non existent. Waited half an hour because they missed our self order. The restaurant was so cold could have got hypothermia, not sure whether they realize that it is now late autumn not a sweltering hot summer day, could turn the heat up to 19 at least. Ate in our car where it was much warmer at 17° instead of dining in like we were going to. Restaurant was clean but was too cold to suffer through when we finally got our food.

Ordered for 6.40pm arrived to lots of workers looking confused. No customer service. Lots of orders were wrong. No apologies that meals were half hour late. Not good enough! How do you know who is Manager. Nobody making eye contact with customers.
