I received great service from all staff at Rad Car Hire Christchurch Airport. Their online platform and easy emailed hire agreement made pick up and drop off super simple. I would highly recommend RAD Car Hire.

Picking up was a breeze and the lady who looked after us was awesome to deal with, thank you. Dropping the car back was not the same service sadly, so that was disappointing. Price was really good.

In February, we arranged car hire with RAD for our adventure in NZ. The car provided was clean and just about new. What we didn’t realise was that most cars now simply rely on the hirer hooking up their mobile phone to the cars display in order to navigate through the maps app. Several new cars don’t have Sat.Nav built in. We didn’t have a NZ SIM card so couldn’t use our mobile. However, Matt from RAD came to our rescue, assisting us with the loan of an old Sat Nav at no cost at the start of our adventure. Matt took his time to set up the borrowed Sat Nav and gave us loads of advice on following certain roads in order to get to our destinations. If it hadn’t been for his time and patience on a busy Tuesday morning, we would have been snookered and our trip ruined.If that wasn’t enough, we returned the car a week later and Matt took it upon himself once again to drop us off at the Novotel in the Airport at Christchurch as the shuttle bus was already being utilised.A big thanks to Matt and the team.

The service from Matt the manager is 5 star..i would recommend this company highly..if your thinking about hiring a car in NZ..dont waste your time with the rest..just go with the best..Rad..you wont be dissapointed. .spot on prompt efficient and good old fashion service..

My husband and I rented a car from Rad for our honeymoon after researching a few different rental companies. We got a Subaru Outback and absolutely loved it. It's easy to drive and very sturdy, the entire pick up and return process was smooth and easy as well. Definitely recommend Rad as a reliable car hire provider :)

Great service and customer service.Second time we used their vehicle rental service and we can confirm the great value of the cars as well as the superior customer service from the staff.Before arrival they sent photos and details of the vehicle by email. Then I accidentally left my kindle on the back seat of the car and when they found it, they sent it to my place on the same day! Many thanks!

Excellent company! Great service, excellent car and good value. We were unable to go on the trip so had leave my elderly parents in the RaD teams care. Not only were they accommodating with the reservation changes they took great care of my parents - we were very grateful and would recommend RaD Car Hire anytime.

We hired a Subaru Outback legacy for 2 days following a conference in Christchurch. The car has a bit more technology than our 2002 Rav4 and after a bit of getting used to it was excellent. The whole service from RaD was very good. We have hired from you when you were Rent a Dent and will continue to do so very gladly. On the Saturday we left the cloud and drizzle of Christchurch behind for a glorious trip to Arthur's Pass, with the photo taken on the road between Lake Pearson and Grasmere Station.
