All the girls at shek are amazing. Been going for awhile now, thanks to my partner’s recommendation and I’m inlove every time I leave. I see Kat and went in today to get a huge chop, Kat SLAYED as per usual. So so so happy!!!

What is there not to like ? Ray has a fantastic, bubbly, friendly team. Oah and they are all great from welcoming you, offering you cups of tea/coffee along with their conversations while they colour, wash, cut and dry your hair. Oah the wash and scalp massage is absolutely therapeutic until you hear Lisa crack a joke ....... never a dull moment in Shek :) chuckle, chuckle !!! My hair is craving for the grand attention. Hey you regulars (I've been coming to Shek over 4 years since Lisa turned up to our Green Cross Health work function, wife of Paul with fabulous hair look a like .... Farrah Fawcett ....... we ladies just um'd and aah'd over her hair (set by her fellow colleagues here at Shek) what can we do to help Ray and her team ? ..... I'm happy to pay in advance twice of what I always get. I'm still in denial where I still want darkish blonde to cover my greys and tidy up cut ........ lol. Ok Ray, where do I go to pay. Fabulous friendly salon, well managed, staff all lovely ladies, been going to Sek for a number of years. Moved away 10 mths ago, but will stay with Lisa and girls as long as I can. Strongly recommend them.

had really long hair. Informed he hair dresser that I am currently going through a rough patch and needed to freshen up my look. Showed her the picture of the preferred style.Long story short - completely unsatisfied and more depressed actually with the loss of extremely long locks , had specified where the length should end. I think if as a hair dresser you know that you won't be able to do the job , it's best to inform the customer rather than experimenting especially when I informed that I was not feeling great.

Highly Recommend, the staff are absolutely fantastic and make me feel at home every time I come in ! Recommend Toni so much she has worked wonders with my hair multiple times and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I really like the calm non flashy style of the salon. They atmosphere is always friendly and I like the variety of ages of all the stylists. Rae the owner is very lovely and I always receive fantastic haircuts. I would definitely recommend.
