I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Trish. We had multiple family travelling from regional destinations in Australia back to New Zealand with lots of changes. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was sorted for us. Very efficient and knowledgeable with all the changing regulations. I will be using her again and recommending YOU Travel Manly to everyone!

I reached out to Trish about 6 weeks ago & met in person to plan an overseas trip. After being promised an itenarary in 2 weeks, despite multiple follow ups, we were left with un-delivered promises. My calls were never returned, despite leaving multiple messages with other members of her Team. I was essentially stonewalled & ignored. Eventually, I gave up trying & booked through another agent who actually took us seriously & bothered to offer the customer service we were denied from You Travel Manly.
