I ordered a product online on boxing day. Got a phone call from Don letting me know that the product would be a download with an activation code and would require a manager that would need to approve and send via email. Considering the managers were on holiday I expected it to be a week or two away before I received it. Two days later I got a call from Don saying he would be sending the code via email. Wow, Don has done some outstanding customer service considering both days were public holidays.Exceptional and impressed.
