Ordered through uber eats , usually great service but a little bit slack tonight not to be mean or anything ! they forgot my burgers and as upon ringing them to inform them the staff had given attitude.

Fizzy drinks are flat and when I told the poor island girl serving us at the drive thru she looked dumbfounded so I told an older island woman who was the manager. She walked away and didn't come back. Terrible service. They put the soft serve in my hot lava cake to go....not very smart! Fries were cold with no seasoning. Last time ever going to this BK.

Ordered the $23 coupon that comes with two whoppers and two creamy cheeseburgers with small fries and small drink, I asked to have the whoppers with no onions and I got extra onions and almost no lettuce, totally annoyed, service was great, but I repeated myself again at the window NO ONIONS pic below

At otara on indian lady manager very rude to customers she shud be removed I'm Uber eat driver I waited for pick up more then fifteen minutes when I requested she said people on counter first then she ordered staff said don't wory about uber.thats not the service I told her I'm aslo a customer on counter and told her I will report this to Yu bosses and she said I don't care

Sadly had a bad experience at the drive through using the code through the app for two burgers for the price of one, when I got my meal it was only one and asked the lady and she said it was only for a discount so I brought up the info and the term up to show her for future reference, the lady at the window just said that she didn’t know anything about the app and didn’t try asking any of her co-workers….

The absolute worst BK I have ever been to. Everything from the food to their service was abysmal. 1 hour wait in the drive thru for two combos. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and drive somewhere else to get your food.
