I went for my license, was quite busy - even so the Asian man with glasses who served me did an excellent job providing fantastic service all by himself with a long queue of customers. Great attitude 5 star rating for him!

I came to deregister my car. They are open quite early so I was able to stop by before work. There are a few parking spaces along the building. I just headed into the office with the paperwork and it was sorted out fairly quickly.

If you’re taking your car in for a WOF inspection, be sure to take the whole day off. The workers move around like sloths and walk around aimlessly chatting and laughing while there are half a dozen more cars waiting. They usually only work on one lane and the other lanes just sit idle until they finish the current car they’re on. This isn’t a recent thing either, as I’ve had checks done here for the past 4-5 years and nothings changed.

Super helpful and friendly people there. I thought I was going to be in for a long wait as the carpark was full and there were a lot of people about. Fortunately they were there for drivers licence tests - that might take some time. But I was in and out very quickly and had great service too.

I took my son for his restricted license and was in the waiting room while he was out with an inspector. As I was waiting , two of the other inspectors were discussing how they failed their previous learners, making fun of their mistakes and laughing about it. I told my wife, and she also heard what they said. I then realized that my son (17), who is an extremely good driver, who I thought since he was 11, is going to fail. It's about money if you ask me. I then went to the counter to get my vehicle registration done. I was the only one there. The lady behind the counter saw me waiting, but she was doing other stuff while talking to her colleagues. After about 3 minutes, I decided to leave it and never go back there again. If you want a bad experience and unfriendly people you have to go there.

The best driving test route in town. This is always the nice choice for my student to take a practical test in Auckland.Friendly staff, nice tester's officers.Highly recommended people to come here for a driving practical test, the only thing that you need to be aware of is the big roundabout nearby VTNZ but do not worry, practice more to feel familiar with the route then you will pass.

Busy with cofs, but the team are onto it, managing the line really well and working together to get through the vehicles as fast as possible. Very thorough inspections.
