Down home unpretentious training where people actually say hello and there aren't masses of mirrors or TVs to pose in front of or distract you. Best gym I've met in 15 years.

Not family friendly. When I joined, the owner said not to bring my daughter in until after 7pm, which is her bedtime. I have no babysitter. She's old enough that she's had her own personal trainer for the past year. When I said I didn't know how to use the weight equipment, his exact words were, Well
