Love my summer nails. Hard to find a place that does nail art and am happy to say my first experience with Nails by Tomo was great! Took 1.5 hours and was reasonably priced. In a good location with parking. Housed inside another beauty place called Elegance Beauty if you are wondering why you can't see a Nails by Tomo sign when you go there. Thanks Atsuko!!
