Both carparks are bad but the gravel carpark is terrible as there is a trench running between the gravel and the tarseal

Its a lovely place to park, though there's a couple of aggresive people living in vehicles down there.I had my car threatened of being damaged if i didn't move out of a car space.AC needs to do something more about this area. The large carpark itself is shocking in lack on maintenance
