Classy Nail Salon

Went in and asked to get my nails removed, originally it was going to be $10 but because it was a gel based product she said $35 I said I don’t mind. The lady who felt with me was almost angry at my nails, she tried using a plastic nail to get them off, which hurt when she was forcing it under. Then she got the cutters and sniped the twisted it around trying to get my nail off and it hurt even more. Once that was done she used the electric file to file them down and in many places has dug out places in the tops of my nail bed. It was so hot because she wasn’t stopping. Now I can’t touch my nails on a surface without it being painful. I had grown my nails out and she cut my natural nail growth as well. I could have soaked them at home but I didn’t want to wreck my nail growth so I went here. She said okay done, just I have so much product left on top of my nails and my original nail tech wouldn’t even see me until they’ve grown out. I left in tears because I felt like an inconvenience to this lady. You can even see if you look at your footage. If I ever go back I would use the one in Hamilton east. I’m posting here because the owner has seen my message on instagram and won’t reply even though I’ve sent more messages that he’s seen

Went to get a set of French tip acrylics and showed them a reference photo of what I wanted so I could get a price. Was charged $60. When I sat down I then showed the nail tech again what I wanted and she started. What I wanted is the complete opposite of what I got. Majority of my nail was white, not just the tip I’m talking 3/4 of my long acrylic nails were white.. I asked them to fix it and they were going to try charge me an extra $25 and I could only get it fixed in a couple of days. i would understand if i was charged more in the beginning but this was after i had been given a price and paid. especially considering the quality of care i got. too much in a rush to go on lunch. i had to go out and spend more money to fix the mess when i shouldn't have. Now I have been here multiple times and had no issues and have always enjoyed myself but this was terrible.

I’ve had acrylic nails done for about 15 years. I recently got a new set put on and I’m really unhappy with them. I’ve had 2 nails come off with 14 days and more have lifted at the base end which means when I’m styling my hair it’s getting stuck under the lifted nails and pulling my hair out. Usually I would get a back fill done after 3 weeks. I’m not sure how many will be left by then.Not sure if it’s faulty product or technique but it’s VERY disappointing.

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done I had gels done and my daughter had acrylic nails done her nails lifted within a week and a half when we went back to get a backfill the lady was very defensive and said we only give 7days to get fixed or refunded and then wanted to book us in at the end of the day. I was shocked and very disappointed. My nails also started to lift. Our nails usually last upto 3-4weeks so we were very disappointed with the quality of the service and customer service . I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Have had my nails done many times at various salons so know what is expected for my money. Enjoy being pampered and relaxing while lt is being done. But no part of this experience with this salon had me relaxed. Girl started manicure which was rushed and very basic put base coat on to thick which over ran on my skin she proceeded to buff lt off hurting my skin. Another lady took over had zero people skills fixed up the mess to average standard. Will never be going back !

I went to this place to get a mani pedi before a holiday. I was seated straight away, then was given my pedicure. That was all right. But my nails, the lady rushed them and half way through stopped to get other customers. By the time she came back todo my nails they were getting hard and were reallyun even. So 2 days later they started peeling off and by day 9 I have no nail polish. My nails are chipped and thin. Awful!!

Such amazing people, friendly and amazing service! Took my 7 year old niece and they were super sweat with her! Highly recommend especially if you want to take your kids somewhere to get nails done

My nails are lifting and my hair gets caught in it. I get cracks in the top layer which makes it worse to get my hair caught in my nails. Just this morning one of my nails got caught in my hair and because I had to get it out the nail came off completely. Acrylic base and all. I've already made an appointment somewhere else who does builder gel and not acrylic. This was my first time using acrylic base and I'm not happy.

Quite happy with the manicure I got with gel polish. Was last minute and they were able to book me in within an hour of calling even though it was a Saturday and they were busy. The girl who did my manicure was very friendly and soft spoken. Loved the colour choice as well. Would come back.
