Alison Talbot interested to know if this was Rotorua Airport? If so we have an on call 24/7 locksmith on 24/7 and have received no calls for locked keys in a car at Rotorua Airport. We also have had our shop open on Old Taupo Rd, Rotorua Thursday 27 - Friday 28 / Monday 31 & yesterday and today. Appalling prices. I was charged after hours at 4.30 even tho they close at 5.30. Fees charged included callout fee which is fine. But what I feel is not fear, they have double dipped in labour costs. They charged me labour, again after hours fee, and then included another fee of removing the barrel to clean it.Doesn't an hourly labour fee cover labour? Can someone please clarify? Come on guys what happen to your logo of not ripping people off.

visited to get a key done one my car was told tech was away and would phone me on the monday when he was back, never heard from them and weren't helpful at all, go to hi5 keys in the mall great service and really good prices

Great range of products, friendly and nothing is a problem people. Tidy installation. Brought the Yale electronic door lock system for our Bookabach with the wifi / bluetooth option to allow us to give access to the house for guests with a code for a specified time they are there. Works fantastic. Thanks to Geoff and the team at Armstong's. Thoroughly recommend them.

Opened early, answered phone, professional and efficient. Came around within 10 minutes ,and did the job in 20 minutes. Excellent service. Superb workmanship, and friendly manner.
