Sick of getting the wrong order, it even had a slip on top of the burger box showing what I had ordered. Perhaps if you actually give people what they pay for instead of just whatever your underpaid staff feel like people might give you better reviews or be inclined to come back.I fully expect someone to reach out to me about refunding my meal because this is a joke.

Store is definitely not 24/7, pulled up to the drive through where it says “Any Lane, Any Time” and they said they were not open because of a “daily system update”

We have to that restaurant last Wednesday morning, and we have been treated rudely, plus serious races issues. The manager there, Leslie, said we took her 2 coffee from the counter, but actually, we only received one coffee. Leslie said our faces have been recorded on their security camera, taking their 2 coffee. I asked her to show me the footage as evidence, and she said she can't. Leslie and another manager, Samone, have been lying all the time. We then contacted McDonald Head office, and the staff, Sean, said he would ask owner to call me. After 1 week, there's no call. I asked Sean, and he said the owner has already called me last Saturday. I confirmed to him there's no call from owner, then Sean said the owner didn't call me due to technical issue (a phone call has technical issue???). Finally, the owner, Jenny, called me and started to point the finger to us, saying it's all our fault. Jenny said she checked the camera, and we only took one coffee, not two. I asked her why Leslies said we took 2coffee, she said she doesn't anything about that part. During the whole phone call, this so-call owner, was behaving very rudely (just same as her staff), and kicking the ball all the time!This restaurant has: rude staff, rude and lying manager on site, rude behaved owner, and McDonald head office has no control on this franchise.

Chips under cooked. Nuggets Luke warm. Shakes melted from being ready before food. Staff standing around doing nothing even though it was busy. No apology for making us wait 15 minutes for our order. People after us served before us too.

Finally McDonald made the right coffee for us. Not bitter not too sweet. Not burn milk and not cold. After a long time drinking coffee. We found a right barista for this large mocha. Made into perfection. Thank you for this coffee. You made our day. Will definitely come back for my mocha.Super clean store too despite of very busy time. Well organised and staffs are friendly.I’ve got my order correct. No frame at all. Cheesy pleaser with Mayo and steam buns.Easily transacted with a young fella.Best of luck guys.Thank you.

Doesn’t appear that the franchisee values quality training or customer service. Our drivethru experience is pretty much the same as the others written about here; incorrect order taken, missing food from our order and just a lackadaisical response from employees after having to return to the place, drive through again and explain the situation. Whatever happened to genuine good quality customer service and just generally good manners? My Google local guide mate Felicity H would have a field day reviewing this joint.

A nice clean McDonalds, would have given 5 stars but as I ordered on a machine gave 4. Food was good temperature and nice. The coffee was very nice with a heart on top so looked professionally made.

March 2023Ordered food for dinner for three.The process of ordering, payment and collection was quite smooth however, when two lines of vehicles merge payment and collection there is potential for unexpected events where it comes to vehicles.Overall the process was excellent and I would Drive Through" again."
