Bought some earrings and got very painful ears after only a couple of hours wear. Brought them to the shop within two weeks, and was told they can't exchange or refund. Would not have purchased the earrings if the shop assistant had explained the terms and conditions clearly in the first place when I purchased them. Called the customer service center, and got the refund in a gift card.

Wow, excellent customer service, top notch from Shinal and Aveshan. Two amazing people very kind and welcoming, so happy with my purchase. I will definitely shop again at Stewart Dawsons Botany. The manager is friendly. But the salesperson is below average. The young lady looked annoyed to see customer. Made little effort to introduce the special. She also charge the wrong price for all the items that were supposed to be on sales as per the Mother's Day catalogue. It's off putting. I will not go back there again.

Staff are friendly, but also staff need training when it comes to sizing watches. Even the lady who fixed my bad acknowledged it wasn't resized properly last time, bent pin gave way... Was an old school Tissot mens watch.Also, don't buy Michael Khors lady's watches here. Watch was flat out of the box, was sent back in to get battery done, that died after a couple of weeks! Made us wonder if the battery had been done properly. Less than 2yrs later, its flat. I know its not the staffs fault, but you can't sell at Stewart Dawsons prices, with less than average level of workmanship!

We were looking for a watch for my husband and was greeted by a wonderful sales ladies who helped us choose a watch that suited my husband and he liked it very much. Our experience was very good and I would recommend others to try out this store. They even hooked us up for a farmers card in some simple steps.
