Good customer service and friendly staff. Always helpful with suggestions when I am working on stuff. Today I went in and grabbed a few things for my guinea pigs. The hutch is awesome and the pet carrier is great too. Always a massive range for diy projects.

Not a very pleasant place to shop. Today, four aisles were completely closed for restocking or some such activity. Repeatedly moved out of the way so a fork lift could pass. It seems that customers are a pretty low priority.On the plus side, there were a lot of available staff, but all the offers to help find something were almost too much.

I thought Bunnings service was good, but these guys are next level. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff working the floor was the highlight of our visit…but some of the guys in the tools section might need to up there game.

Top hardware store. Huge plant section, high quality gardening tools. Where else would you go? Massive store, wide variety of most things you need. Take mum and dad here for Christmas, birthday and Easter. I will come here many more times.

Went to buy wood for a work bench. Fobbed off by two staff. Finally found someone to help. This person did not know about the online projects. Gave a printed list of wood needed from website. Person serving me could not provide the list and the calculated alternative list of supplies was almost 3 times what I needed. Trying to support local. Bunnings got it right first time.Disappointed

Mitre10 always the best place for your home stuffs. Good thing about mitre 10 is they have huge collection of every thing we need for our living. Most significantly the price is well worth it because of the quality. Strongly recommended.
