Shake, Shed & Co.

Asked for 2 choc milkshakes, the girl thought I said one so I had to say it again, not a big deal but my issue comes when half way through her making the order I see on the monitor that displays the orders she had put down 2 thickshakes. Again, not completely bothered by this because whatever it's hot and I'll still take it. The main issue is that when I got back to the car and had a sip it wasn't even choc.If you forgot or just didn't hear me the first time then just ask me again, it would have made you look a lot less foolish than not saying anything and giving me something I didn't order.

I love this company’s (and Wendy’s’) overpriced sherbet cones. But, today I was disappointed by my experience at the Johnsonville store today. First off, there were two people in the kiosk, on staff member was serving a customer and the other one was cutting up some cards. I approached the counter, anticipating she’d say something to the effect of “I’m busy but someone will be with you shortly” – instead she flat out ignored me.The other staff member was quick to serve me once he was done with the other customer but lacked customer service skills, he wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either (I got a “thanks” but no “hi”, “how’s your day been?” or “that’s $4 thanks”) The cone he gave me was extremely lopsided.I used to work at Wendy’s in Readings, the owners at the time also owned this store. We were all trained to be friendly and to acknowledge customers waiting, even when we were unable to immediately serve them. We had the code of “eyes up” to use amongst us if we could see a customer that another staff member had not yet spotted.I know that retail and hospo suck. I really do. But, it’s just common politeness to do the above things. I do them even when not working.

Would give one star if that was an option. Young girl at counter was not interested to serve us. More keen to use her mobile instead. No courtesy at all. Not coming back for sure

Never actually been to an open store before where upon ringing the bell, the staff member appears and says I'm on my break

Sick to my stomach. Soft serve was ok untiI I got food poisoning. Worst ice cream ever. Waste of money. Run while you can!

Popped in for a quick treat. Ordered a soft-serve icecream for my daughter and a crumble top" milkshake for me.IMO pricey for the quality of the product. The milkshake "crumble" I chose was a flake crumble. Instead of getting chunks of crumbled flake

Great ice cream flavors to choose from.. the service can be s bit faster! Waiting 9minutes to get one ice cream is too much waiting time.

Great food and services - chips are amazing and bubble tea frappe arguably better than the bubble tea store in the hall, pearls aren’t the best but supreme flavour.
