No service car this time or Uber option but good enough. Helped with having a voucher for service.Would have been interested in test driving a new car for possible purchase. :)

Service booking was VERY poor. Booked week before and let desk choose day and time for quick service. After car delivered it was over an hour before it went into workshop. After service and car parked outside reception another half hour before it was handed over. I was told nothing had to be done except wiper blades and oil. THREE hours of twiddling thumbs. NOT a good advertisement for Mazda.

I always service my mazda car from Manukau Branch for few years. I went for service my car again today. The customer service/ mechanic was professional explaining anything need to be done. He knows what he doing. My car came out nice and clean inside out. They kept consistently service in high professional level. Very recommended to everyone. Thank you so much to Mazda Service team department. Will be back for service my mazda car for many years to come.

I booked my service online and requested a loan service. Initial service was great. Liked the calendar invite for service date.Normally when I collect the vehicle I am given a run through of what was completed and how the bill was made up. Nothing like that on this occasion. When I went to get in the vehicle there was grease all over the drivers door. The floor mates had been cleaned but nothing else.

All good as usual great service. Car was cleaned finished in good time. Very easy process. Only issue is parking which can be challenging at times
