We stored our belongings here. A year later when we picked them up we found they had been damaged by rats, books chewed, rat droppings in the boxes, etc.The management didn’t want to know. They at first said “well didn’t you put down any rat poison”, as if only a fool would make such an omission, then said “this is the first time this has ever happened… “ If you value you stuff I would look elsewhere for storage.

Excellent storage really good to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I had a storage unit (Rene Place, Blenheim) from end of 25 June 2020 to 5 February 2022.I appreciated my initial, and any subsequent contact (Michelle), to set up and leave the unit, was helpful, respectful and kind.Even though I set up an auto-payment I appreciated getting the monthly account to remind me to balance the budget :-)The smaller storage unit was a perfect fit for my household goods, and having the security did not impact my insurance too much, which was an added blessing.The seven day availability and times to access the were also good. In fact the lovely owner happened to arrive earlier on my last day, and opened the gates so my friend & I were able to finish emptying and sweeping the unit earlier than expected. Given it was raining cats and dogs we all appreciated not having to hang about :-DThe refund I was due was paid quite quickly = only held up a bit because the owner had taken a well-earned break.I would definitely recommend these storage facilities to anyone is lucky enough to get one :-)

Such friendly and helpful people.The unit was just what we needed 3 years ago. Once emptied there was absolutely no sign of insects or vermin. Everything was dry and in the same condition as it went in.Thank you - you made a not nice situation a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a storage unit with U STORE IT for about 18 months, great place to store your furniture or other belongings, safe n secure, peace of mind knowing your belongings are being looked after, great friendly stall, i dealt with Michelle and shes awesome to deal nothings a problem, i would recommend there storage units to anyone in the Malbourgh area, if ever i need a storage unit in Blenhiem again then i,ll heading back to these guys,............
