Unfortunately the shop was dirty , floors and tables dirty with takeaway packaging all over the place , young kids using the area as a hive of vaping , making a noise , swearing and shouting . Orders got mixed up as customers had to remind staff off there orders.You guys need to beter this is below average.

The service from the staff was excellent. And the place was clean with a nice vibeI have not been to burger King for years and felt like a change. But to get a $8 burger that looks like some one day on it is not good. The parties are wafer thing with the whole budget looking like a $2 burger from a few years ago. Very disappointing. No more frequent trips to burger King, can get better value else where

Place is disgusting, food all over floors and rubbish on tables and floors. broken toilet seats. Food good but hope restaurant cleanliness not a reflection on kitchen cleanliness

Shows as open until 10pm on here, but went past at 21:20 and door was locked, even though staff were still there. No signs showing earlier closing time. Drive through window was dark too. Went to the 24hr McDonald's instead.

Hopeless serviceRepeated twice through drive thru for no lettuce and mayo in burger due to allergy issues but yet they did not remove.Just not acceptable from a long tiring day.

I went to this burgerking at 8pm which it sais it closes at 10 pm, and i was also going to dine in with family but the staff were still in there and they said we had to use the drive thru

It would seem the staff/management of this Burger King just don't care anymore... I know, I know... It's just a Burger King... But c'mon, they could make some effort to clean (toilets were disgusting) and bring some atmosphere into the place... It's almost as if they are just waiting for a pending announcement to have the place demolished...

Really impressed with the new look here.But why. Why on Earth are the doors not labled with push and pull. Coming in the rear entrance I had to try all four doors to see which were locked or open and which direction they opened. And when there are handles both side there is not even a clueThe jukebox soda machines look like a good idea. But they suck. Everything that comes out starts to taste the same. I will tend to dine at a restaurant without if there is an option.
