These guys were amazing. Faizal came out and we discussed what I wanted he gave me excellent advice. Then John and Gurprit came and did my install, again amazing. John and Gurprit were very polite and super fast. But more importantly they cleaned up the mess they made ! I had run out of vacum cleaner bags so they swept it up!I would absolutely recommend Greenside

Excellent workmanship from the installers doing our heatpump. No mess, they left everything immaculate !

I have had both insulation and a heatpump installed by this company.Insulation:I left a key somewhere so they could get in while I was at work. The key was left in the door, and the door unlocked when I got home. Not a very safe way to leave a customer's home ! The insulation is spilling out the bottom of my house, and I have a sneaking suspicion that the type of insulation installed is not what I discussed with the salesman.Heatpump install:I paid extra for a wall mount so that I could build a deck underneath the outdoor unit. They came and installed, one of the installers barely spoke any English, then after they'd left I saw they'd installed brackets on the ground, and put the outdoor unit on the ground ! So of course I had to get them back to rectify that mistake. The contact centre person who I was dealing with was quick to call me back the next day to get them back that same week at least...

One of their Sales Representatives - Faizal - approached my director about supplying & installing insulation on one of our developments.Faizal then called me asking if Greensided could price any work for us. I sent him the plans on the same day as he initially called me, 12 October 2022. He confirmed that he had received them via text and would get back to me with the quotation.I received no quotation so called him on the 31st October. He apologised and said that their person undertaking take-offs had been off and that I would have my quote by Friday, 4th November.No quote was received so I called the office on Monday 7th November 2022 and spoke with 3 people - Gemma, Cara and Anthony - trying to obtain my quotation. None of them knew anything about it. I called Faizal again and he said the take-off was still being done. Bear in mind that up until that time I had been the person following up - no contact whatsoever from the company besides the initial call to me.At this point I called it a day. Plenty of excuses, no courtesy calls since the initial 'sales' call and almost a month wasted. If this is the type of service I've experienced trying to obtain a quote, I can only imagine what it would be trying to schedule installation on a project.If our project was not to your liking / you did not want the work -it's really quite simple - let the prospective client know up front.I hope future clients fare better than I did.

They did an efficient and polite installation of a heatpump in our lounge. They arrived when they said they would and did the job with no fuss. I recommend them and was very pleased with their service
