Warning . !!! Use this taxi company at your own risk . It is a scam and ripoff company. 95 dollars from airport to Lambton quay. I refused to pay and walked. They can't do anything cause they are breaking the law by scamming customers.SO BE WARNED.

Booked a cab with two toddlers at 4.20am to Wgtn airport to fly to Fiji. Cab never turned up at all. Didn’t want to rely on uber at this time of morning but would have been better off. Terrible service.

$170 from Airport to Porirua, which is $50 more than other cab companies I used. There was also a surcharge of $10 departing from the ariport, no reason.

Taxi ride from Airport to 256 Lambton Quay left me at no 120 Lambton Quay saying this was the correct place. Lady answering kiwi cabs calls was very unhelpful and refused to send a cab to take me the rest of the way. $49.70 should be refunded to me.Not impressed at all

Just managed to fly back from south island. Bus times restricted due to covid. Waited only for 15 min at agreed pick up place. Driver was wearing face mask needless to say trip was fast due minimal traffic on the road. Very pleasant young man

Rang on a wet and windy evening after working at Newtown Festival rang to catch a cab to town from my air b n b waited for 45 mins still a no show. Rang to enquire on hold up. They said another 60 min wait. Never have i experienced this. Wouldn't recommend

DO NOT BOOK - the taxi did not turn up to drop us to the airport despite booking it a day before! When we spoke to Kiwi cabs after several tries, they said the taxi won’t be coming. When asked why they didn’t inform us the woman screamed down the line saying that she didn’t take the booking and it wasn’t her problem to let us know and hung up on us. We were left in shock and scrambling around for a taxi at 4am - a farewell to a family member ended up being a very stressful situation as they nearly missed their flight. Extremely appalling customer service with customer service personnel who scream at customers and leave them stranded.

I booked a cab to pick me up at 7am the following day and used Kiwi Cabs' telephone booking which was fully automatic and easy. At 6.55am the following morning I received a text to say the cab was there. And as I stepped out of my house cab was waiting and took me to my destination using the best route. Perfect service.

Called to let staff know to call driver an let him her know I’ll be an extra ten minutes. The person on the phone said that’s not possible and can I not go down the road and let the driver know myself go back to the store I was at and then pick up my drink and walk back out to the taxi which was a ten minute walk away do you think I would’ve bothered calling if it was that easy. Then proceeded to call me a second taxi and said it would be there ‘soon’ who knows how long that is!
