We recently had parts of our house double glazed and have been using this company to do the job in stages. Very professional experience from start to finish and because of this would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great product but the process was painful with this company. From start to finish took 8 months and customer service was non existent. I was shocked at the amount of mistakes made during the process which dragged out the install for months longer than it should have been.

I have just had my entire (rather large) house double glazed and I am very pleased witht he job. The staff were excellent to deal with, can't fault the job and all windows left polished! The quote was quite a lot better then one other quote I got. The job happened a litte later than first estimated but I understand that with the turmoil of the building industry at this time.

I would find it very difficult to recommend this company. We signed in Sept 2020, Window ETA stated mid November, then B4 Xmas, then mid Feb 2021. Work started mid March! It took from then to mid May to install 9 windows and 2 doors. Each time they left, they did not finish the windows they had installed. The windows were two completely different styles, which the owner would do nothing to rectify. We have three bedrooms with two different styles. They made a mess of measuring the kitchen, so we had a temporary window for weeks before the replacement arrived (thankfully not winter). Their communication is appalling and only happened when I contacted them. Never again!

Our experience with this Company has been thus far second to none. We will update after installation.
