Instructors are nice and pools are good. However their policy around make-up sessions when your child is sick, is extremely restrictive. We were in the hospital for a week, and they still wanted to see a doctors note. And when babies sickness came back and we had to miss another session, we couldn't make it up another time.We will be looking elsewhere for swimming lessons.

Management don't return phone calls or messages and fail to notify customers of covid policies until its too late. tell you one week before course starts and then say you need two weeks notice for refund.

Took my daughter to Bay Swim at BayWave for an assessment for her learn to swim class. She loved it. Staff are friendly and awesome.
