Booked online, super easy and clear. Was a good deal for 3 days, Ken met me at airport, helped me sort the paperwork and payment. Nice comfortable car to drive around town, plenty of room for shopping. At the end of the rental period I returned the vehicle to the airport and Ken gave me a ride back into town, courteous, professional and great deal. I will recommend and hire again.

Invercargill staff Ken is a dishonest scammer. Charged us a fee for zero excess except windscreen". Car gets a flat tyre and he charges an additional fee to our credit card after assuring us that there would be no excess.Claimed that the wheel was damaged; but this was not true. Ken is a liar and a scammer."

Wow! Never had such poor phone service for a genuine enquiry. Rang to enquire about one way hire. I can understand that this is an issue for the company as one way hires cost them return fees. Did a transfer a car for them. The car was a great drive. The paperwork, pick up and drop off were a breeze. Also took the time to explain what I really need to know as well as gave me a map in case I forgot. Would be top of my list when considering a car rental company in IVC

Very helpful owner. Short 100m walk to the airport, but he is willing to ferry you to/from. Cars are basic 4/5 seater manuals- they get you around Southland fine.

Booked a car online with zero excess. The booking was simple and worked perfectly.After booking, Ken, the owner of this location, sent me an email with a meeting point for the Airport pickup. After my long flight from Germany, he picked me up on Sunday 22pm and we drove the short way to the office (2 mins).The price is unbeatable and the car worked perfectly for the entire road trip of two weeks. On top of that, unlimited kilometers and additional drivers are included!Ken even allowed an extension of half a day on short notice, without asking for an extra charge!!!I definitely recommend this car hire for anyone visiting Invercargill and the South Island. Very good service and car. No issues, I recommend. Price is reasonable, only we paid one way dropp off fees. We booked from Christchurch to Invercargill.
