Compulsion Tech

Stellar service. I built machines for over 25 years and was a bit worried to give my spec and let someone else build it. A couple of other shops took longer to answer than it took to Compulsion Tech to build this config. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordered on Monday and received the machine on Saturday in the south island. This includes a call to refine the specs, a few feedback and advice, building the machine, and shipping.

I had spent over a month researching the best options for a PC, I had a few quotes and prices from a few different sites, and none came close to what was provided here. The quote was far better than competitors, and the assistance with providing information and answering questions responsive and useful. No faults with this experience and highly recommend.

Ben was very helpful, sent and email looking for a pc that would cover all my needs which he helped with very quickly. Then also asked if I could get it in white and he was more then happy to accommodate. Shipping was fast, communication was awesome. Would 100% recommend.

One of the best gaming pc business I have bought from. Had my custom gaming pc made from them, they responded quick and made the process easy. They also made sure the pc fit the theme I wanted and adjusted things for me to make sure it came to me perfect. I absolutely love how the PC turned out, its just beautiful and it works with absolutely no problem. It was also so easy to set up when it arrived no hassle at all. 10/10

First time dealing with Compulsion Tech and definitely won't be the last. I made an error with my order so emailed at about 8:30pm on a Friday night and got a reply within about 15mins correcting the order! Ben is incredibly prompt with his reply's. Love my new gaming PC! I enquired about a custom one and Ben was always quick to reply and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast too. He was also very helpful in troubleshooting an issue I experienced (that was an issue through no fault of his own, but rather a Windows thing), and he was prompt in helping me resolve said issue. This was the first time dealing with Compulsion. I was a little reserved as I've always built my own computers, so handing over the reigns was surprisingly hard. I wanted a unit that would outlast the next 2-4 GPU releases, I definitely got this.Ben made the experience incredibly easy and straight forward. he handled my endless questions, with plenty of patience and without complaint; Always replying within a timely manner. When I didn't like some of the original parts, alternatives were offered until I was happy with the look. After delivery service has also been great, even though the transaction was complete.The build itself was top tier. Cable management & tidiness was done very well, and everything is secure. Build times and delivery was within the promised timeframes. Best of all, pricing was fair and I found just under market value, I think it would have actually cost me more to built this unit myself.My only advice, which is something I missed out on, is to take the time to sit down and work out exactly what you want. I missed the opportunity to ask for more individually control RGB and was missing a power cable for the GPU (Mine requires 3 x 8pins). Again, this was due to lack of brief from my side. I have no doubt if I'd asked for it, it would have happened.Thanks Ben!Endless gaming here I come

It’s a really good experience to have this machine from CompulsionTech and Ben. No problem with the tech/non-tech communication, delivery schedule is expected and fast, the desktop is well packed and all specs are correct as it has described. Please look at this beautiful beast in the photo!
