It's Sal's, one of the better Pizzas.This particular branch usally are great, they always got my order correct with all the add-ons.This time this particular branch over cooked my Pizza with out my request :(I am sure it willl be better next time.....Thank you, team…*** Over All Three stars *** based on this order :(** Food Two stars ** based on this order :(** Presentation Two stars ** based on this order :(*** Atmosphere Three stars *** based on this order :(---------------------------------------------------Rating system:* One star=Eek! My go to Pizzeria has let me down. I ordered a half in half buffalo chicken and Pepperoni pizza. My fav half, the buffalo chicken didn't have any buffalo sauce or ranch dressing. Gutted! Tried to email but no way to get in touch with the Hornby store. The overall base was not cooked enough. Update: The manager came back to me and offered an apology and a free pizza. Great response and well done sir!

Yesterday 15th of Jan I went into Sal's Pizza to get a slice of pizza after Grocery shopping only to be greeted by the staff there with just fantastic greeting,To the two staff that was working yesterday I felt it need to be said and acknowledge and they are just amazing they really give the pizza place my family loves a great name. Great service, Great attitudeThere needs to be more people like these to young staff in every food place 10/10 exceptional

Very tasty and great service. We ate a half-buffalo half-pepperoni pizza that was delicious. Jorge made it for us and his service and kindness were outstanding. Definitely coming back

Absolutely ridiculous service. Order took way longer than it was supposed to, tried calling the store to figure out what's going on. Unable to get through after 3 phone calls, then the supplied phone number for delivery driver was not valid. Paid $100 for some cold pizza and chicken. Over priced and under delivered service. Taking my money elsewhere after this atrocious experience

I use to regularly visit the Hornby branch for take out, but will opt against it going forward. Recently grabbed a pepperoni slice and ginger beer to go and was overcharged, when I questioned it the girl working said that even though the ginger beers were clearly marked at $4 in the fridge, they were actually $5.50, When I asked for the refund, she said it wasn’t possible, I asked to speak to someone who could give me a refund, she said no, in the end she took my number and said she would ask her manager to ring me. Thankfully, Im in a position where the money isn’t an issue but I believe the principal of businesses overcharging their loyal customers wrong, i have given up waiting for the phone call from the manager with even an apology. I really enjoyed SALS pizza in the past but sadly won’t be visiting there in future with that service.

Thank you so much to the girl today - I’m so sorry, I forgot to get her name - who helped us even though she was having some serious technical difficulties with her pizza oven! It’s always great to see someone going the extra mile to serve a customer. The pepperoni wheels were amazing ☺️
