Warning do not purchase from this retailer! I recently bought an item from their sale. Prior to making the purchase I asked for sizing details. I was provided insufficient information. Bought the item in good faith and of course it doesn’t fit. I’ve gone back to the store who will not return because it’s a sale item. The customer service is appalling. They have been rude, passive aggressive and lack a basic customer service etiquette. If you’re offering online purchases you need to update your policies to ensure returns and exchanges or provide sufficient information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I 110% stand by my review. Either update your online purchases policies or provide adequate information otherwise it’s simply a scam and others deserve to be warned.
