Fixed the issue with my bose headphones while I waited. Friendly customer service. Even gave me a free 2nd hand case as a spare.

To be honest, I normally don't have a very high regard for electronics servicing companies. So I was hesitant when my Bose 700 Bass module failed and I had to bring them to ET Electronics. To my surprise, they had excellent communications, and Russell was super friendly on email and in person. ET Electronics has restored my perception of SOME electronic servicing companies. I highly recommend them, if you need anything fixed. Well done, ET Electronics, you're in my good books.

referred to via The Bose Store as had faulty headphones. talked to a man twice on the phone who was extremely friendly and understanding. he came to some conclusions as to what the problem could be, went and saw them that same day and hey presto they got it sorted. went home with a make-do replacement piece to get me by (which was free) while they ship the correct style and colour to me for free also (product was still under warranty).fantastic service!

Great service, I have a bose soundtouch bass module, bose happily agreed to repair under warranty and passed me ET electronics details as the NZ authorised repairer. Sent my module up to Auckland and a couple weeks later (they were busy after new years) they sent it back down again. bass module is all working again and ET fixed the power supply. I couldn't be happier with the service from Bose and ET electronics.

The ear muffs on my expensive BOSE headphone was worn out and I needed them replaced. ET Electronics was recommended by a friend at Noel Leeming Manukau. I went straight to ET Electronics and they were able to replace the ear pieces and it looks brand new. Excellent service, very helpful team. They fixed it while I waited.

Worst service (or lack of service!) I have ever had from any company anywhere.I have been waiting for nearly a month for a refund OFFERED to me by ET Electronics. I have sent details as requested TWICE to them and still nothing.I phoned today and was told the person who does the refunds is not in the office...I don't believe it! Just give me my money as offered and accepted on 2 February 2023Edited to add that 14 minutes after my phone call to ET Electronics, I received an email informing me my refund had been made....fast service when you get a bit angry with them.Review still stands, I shouldn't have to get angry to get a response

My Bose Lifestyle Home Theatre system had been dropping out requiring rebooting about three times during a movie. Thought I'd have to dump the whole system as Bose website don't service or have parts for older units. Remote was also shot and tried to contact Bose NZ (don't exist anymore) Bose AUS (no response) so phoned a Bose retailer who gave me ET Electronics contact details. Got advice from Russell on the phone, but eventually took the units in for a full check. Russell's attention to detail was amazing! Got me a brand new remote (when searching online was told impossible), and the system is working faultlessly. I hope Bose realise what an asset Russell and ET team are for the brand, but possibly not, as they want to move new product" and don't care about brand loyal customers. Good onya Russell....excellent job."

Dealt with ET Electronics with their BOSE NZ representative hat on. Despite a few comms hiccups earlier on, Mike was an absolute gem and sorted my return and refund in short order. Excellent work ET Electronics. An irritating experience of broken product was turned into an example of expert service and sound resolution. Thank you.

Awesome team. superb communications and place client interests first. Mike and his team are top notch helping me out with my ST300 power issue jusyt prior to Christmas. They are Bose specialists for sure..... Bose is fortunate to have them as an authorised repairer.
