Definitely the most informative and friendly mechanic I have used. At short notice Kevin tested my whole system explaining clearly each step, replaced old worn O rings, checked the filter I didnt even know about, then re oiled and regassed the system. Even replaced free two grille retainers I hadnt noticed missing. Great Service AND a Great Price too. Definitely recommend to family and friends and I will be coming back here for all my future Air Cond servicing!!!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the service provided here. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of a car air conditioning recharge. We dropped by on a Saturday without realising that appointments were necessary during weekends. However, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us and patiently explained the problem to us. Kevin Esbend is a nice person to deal with. He is well spoken, very professional, and knows his trade.Kevin checked my car air con because I thought it wasn't cold enough. Kevin put gas in my car. He gave me very good advise on how to get the most out of my car fan/heater and air-con.The Office Lady was very nice to deal with. She is also well spoken, friendly and professional. Brilliant service and Problem was picked up immediately on inspection for , he was able to show me exactly what the issue was with a unit they had on the bench. Was up and running promptly and a very fair price. Very happy with the service and will be using them from now on.

Kevin discovered the cause of the problem very quickly. He did all the required communication with my mechanical insurer, and fixed the AC as soon as he received the spare part. He also provided a loan car! Thanks Kevin for the excellent service.

I highly recommend Kevin of Cool Power. He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable at what he does. I gave him a call friday morning if he can inspect AC of my car. He warmly told me to come over. He ran some tests on the car which he explained thoroughly with me. My car was ready for pickup Sunday (could be earlier if I was available on saturday). Kevin is very competent and went the extra mile to help me out.
