It's a really really nice experience spent with the staff and friends. Amazing and exciting time during two and half hours on mountain!!!!Strongly recommend!!!

Amazing time with archery. Loved the activity and the scenic shooting range. Highly highly recommended for all ages. The archery is fun and the guide enjoys teaching and getting to know you.

Our group had a blast. Our guide was a knowledgeable young fella and he accommodated an extra guest with no fuss and common sense which is rare these days. Really recommend any of the activities on offer. Despite the range of experience and confidence within our group everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

No after sales service. I was given a bike with a rear brake that was not working properly. Useful just to ride on the flat, but once on the downhill it was super dangerous. It could have been worse.And of course they don't believe me because, and I quote, the two previous customers didn't have a problem".The boss didn't even try to ask me if I was okay. In short

Awesome experience for a couple of oldies. I could have wrapped Ross up and taken him home. Nothing was too much bother for him and he has a great sense of humour. You would not find anyone more helpful.

Absolutely amazing Quad Bike tour. Mark was a really great tour guide and a really genuine guy. We will definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend this place. Best quad bike tour in Hamner!

Hanmer Adventure Centre
Went on quad tour with Ross and Tom. What a blast! Ross led us around an awesome farm, plenty of water crossings, some mud, lots of hilly tracks and grassy paddocks. They walked the group thru basics, and even had our nervous members at ease. Highly recommend a tour with these guys!

Bike chain broke - maintenance of these bikes should be upkept during the hotter weather. We want for a bike ride and all of our bikes worked on the trail except for the hired one - lasted only 15mins! Then we were met with very rude service without apology, and aggressive in terms of discussing a refund. Would be cautious in using them as a service. Won’t use again.
