What a lovely woman in the entry kiosk today - so friendly with a radiant, welcoming smile. Had green waste and a couple of men helped me unload my trailer, so it was a great day at the dump for me.

Really slow to do transactions at the end, resulting in queued traffic on both inwards and outward weighbridge. The staff member was friendly and competent but clearly management needs to improve its systems and potentially hire more staff

The staff were amazing, the man taught me how to back a trailer. Good to see a woman loader driver. And the kiosk was a fast pit stop, thanks Rotorua.
