Got a service. Called up and was able to get in the next day. WOF took less than an hour, they told me what was wrong (lights needed adjusting) fixed it then and there for a really reasonable price and then approved my WOF. Super friendly and helpful. will use them as my regular mechanics now.

I have had great experiences with this mechanic in the past; services were thorough and reasonable, and the staff have always been happy to help. I suspect that there may be a new and inexperienced staff member that needs their work checked based on my last WOF.

Turned up late in the day with a brake issue, team took the time to see me straight away which I really appreciated, couldn’t repair that day but did first thing the next morning which was great, I also enjoyed the service video they sent me, a great team to deal with, cheers

Just had my center resonator professionally deleted on my Passat R36 by Pit Stop Hamilton Central. They have done an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Very nice, friendly staff and top quality materials used and the results were fantastic.The best thing is that you don't have to wait for a week or two for an appointment. I made my appointment the day before with no issues.

Fantastic, very helpful and they listened and kept the car locked unlike other places that leave keys in cars...They are highly recommended by me.They understand client needs and concerns.They also offered to leave old parts if needed or wanted.Old parts might end up as artwork.

Easy to book in for WoF and appreciated the call re problem with shock absorber. Pit Stop were able to fix at the same time as doing warrant. Car tyres were cleaned on pickup. Just so easy to deal with and brilliant staff.
