T.L. Care

Dr Lowe, Manon and Lynette are lovely but unfortunately I can't say the same for other staff. Have since changed to a different medical centre for better patient care and service.

Worst place you could ever go to, totally disrespected, frowned at when my girl walked in, Said hello to the lady at the desk, she replied with what do you want, asked to sign up for healthcare for the family, got smirked at and was told they don't take new enrollments.This is fine if your not taking anyone new but show some respect, the same way it was given to you, even though it was undeserved.Shame on you lady, I wonder how your boss would feel???

Didn't receive an opportunity to get more than two words in... Ushered out with Panadol in less than two minutes. New name should be T.L Profit

My family has been with them for many years, one of the most wonderful,reliable, people i have met compared to other medical centers

While DR Lowe is very good and quite thorough, the receptionist Clare is the exact opposite. Her attitude is constantly rude and the other day I missed a call from them so I called back and was hung up on as I was mid sentence just saying that I’ve missed a call and never even received another call back from them as I doubt DR Lowe was ever advised that I called back as she didn’t even ask my name before hanging up on me. I’ve had multiple bad/rude experiences from her but put it aside as Dr Lowe is usually worth it however that was the cherry on the top. I have since enrolled at another practice which is a shame as they have been my GP for 10 years now.

Terrible waiting time, it's been over 15 mins for my appointment time however Dr Lowe is great but I despise the fact that we have to wait longer than usual just to talk to our doctors for less than 10 minutes

The nurses and doctors are very friendly, and opening up a testing station really saved my family a lot of time. Huge thanks!

So friendly. Even managed to make a smear test bearable. Love Clair the receptionist. Always makes us welcome

Love it here. Nice and clean feeling with bright colours. Claire the receptionist is wonderful. The other receptionist and nurses are great too. I've been seeing Dr Lowe for most of my life and Dr Teo sometimes too. Always feel welcome and comfortable at this clinic hence why I haven't changed.

TL Care has been my doctors for years now,always friendly the reception crew are great.
