Had a oil change service, then when I pick up my car, they told me that they change the air filter. I was surprised with the bill. They should have ask the customer first before they start changing. And they can’t show me the old air filter that they change.

Vehicle went in for work on-muffler-one tire-brake hose-sway bar links.Vehicle had to return as muffler was less than upto standard (centre was hanging too low and moved side to side enough to hit the rear subframe around corners)Happily they fixed this issue free of charge although the welds still look mediocre and leak like a siv.All other work was great however they charged me $20 for brake fluid and appears they didn’t even put any in just drained mine from max to minimum which left me with a permanent hand brake warning light until I topped it up.Seem like their heart is in the right place however the exhaust work was far from great and communication was poor.
