By far the best service and food I have ever had. I went in by chance and I am so glad I went in. I cannot fault the food or service one bit. The atmosphere was amazing too. For the quality of food and service you get, I was expected to pay double, so the price is incredible. If you are in Auckland, you NEED to eat here.

The food was fresh andsavory. Our waiter was really nice and the staff also worked as a team inbringing and cleaning up our food. The menu options were of excellentvalue. The best food I’ve tried in a while with such a warm and welcomingenvironment. Will highly recommend this place to everyone out therewho’s a big fan of Indian food and cuisine.

We both had a fantastic lunch. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Lunch was very reasonably priced for 3 courses and doesn't disappoint! Excellent standard and quality with polite service. Many thanks, we will be returning!

We had our wedding dinner here on Wednesday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the service, to the drinks, the food and the room - I cannot fault it at all. Everybody was so complimentary about the team, so attentive and always at hand with drinks. Nothing was a problem. Can’t wait to go back again soon! Thanks for making it a perfect day!

The food is so outrageously good-best Indian food in the Auckland- there should no other rating than 5 stars. They get all the details right. Get something off the special entrees list like one of the whole fish preparations. But then, it's literally all so good.Dimly lit, stuffy and good service. The food is so amazing though, it's nothing other than 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing delicious food. They weren't shy about the heat or spices which I really appreciated. The fish tacos in the #2 style were fantastic and the butter chicken was so good. All was nice and spicy and even the rice and beans were really flavorful. The service I received from the two guys at the counter was enough to get me to come back on its own. I will be back, often.

This place has become so popular the line is often out the door, and beyond. That being said, the dishes are excellent. The staff tries to take orders on advance. The prices are very reasonable too. I like the atmosphere of the place as well. At this point, they're a victim of their own success, which is a good thing for a business.

Booked for graduation celebration of sister. From the moment we entered, (large party) greeted by what I can only describe as best doorman EVER! Please cherish this man. He is an asset. To the starters, mains, desserts and drinks. Absolute outstanding service and quality. Not one dish disappointed, fresh, warm, amazing quality and presentation. May I take this chance to thank you all at Nirvana Indian Restaurant & Takeaways for making this special day for my sister extra special. You will see us all again. Perfect finishing for a lovely meal.

Really nice restaurant with excellent friendly and professional service from them. I'm a veggie and was delighted to see some really different and imaginative dishes on the menu. It's so rare to see real thought applied to the veggie options. I had the butternut squash and potato risotto, which was just delicious, but it was so nice finding it hard to choose for once! Definitely going back next time I'm in.
