These guys came to our rescue when we had a sudden extremely expensive pet emergency with our dog. They were empathetic with what had happened and really professional and easy to deal with. We had to extend our loan during the loan period and that was a simple quick and easy process to do. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and hopefully i wont need them again but if i do i would not hesitate to contact them.Thank you Smartcover/Vetcare Finance for EVERYTHING and a massive thank you to both Barbara and Dan who were the main people i dealt with during our loan period. I used to recommend this company to a lot of people! As I have been a long standing customer and have always been my go to for anything vet related as I have 4 of my own pets. Due to recent policy changes it seems they no longer value their loyal customers. They are constantly changing their word, and I will be getting rid of them as soon as possible! I no longer recommend these guys.

Very unprofessional. Staff do not respect customers & threaten them when they don't get their way. Wouldn't go here, it pays to go to a broker who will find you the best deal & best customer service.

Pure debt trap, will never use this company again and would recommend people use other loan company. Shocking servive, high weekly interest and massive fees for setup cost and final payment options.

Friendly, easy and fair. When a beloved pet needed urgent expensive treatment, this agency helped us straight away. Haven’t needed them since but they’d be my absolute first choice if we did.

Thanks to the receptionist at our local vets when she saw the expression on my face when told the cost of dentistry for my cat. From there a new loan and now I have taken advantage of the loan top up which has been a blessing through these trying times. Repayment amounts make me so happy to even have a loan...There's no stress.

I've been with Smartcover for a few years now and they have never turned me down whenever I have required a top up. Just a phone call away, quick and friendly service, has certainly made lives unexpected financial upheavals a lot easier to manage.
