Amazing customer service! I needed a grandfather clock moved at short notice and Geoff went out his way to make it happen. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also did an amazing job with quick repairs and getting it running in my house. 100% recommended!

Staff worked with me on two Seiko watch projects. Both machines had a mechanical upgrade and one received a new dial and glass.Staff were considerate of my wishes and courteous in sharing their professional opinions.I am very happy with the results.

Pleasant service, will do everything they can to help you, quickly with a smile and understanding, ensuring that you understand cost of replacing the item, suggestions, etc, I would ALWAYS return to them, haven't seen this type of service, since the 'Good old days', when people had good service morals, manners, politeness; when companies remembered and realized that without customers/clients, they wouldn't be there, nor operating.IT'S NOT THE WORKERS,ALONE, THAT MAKE A BUSINESS/COMPANY, IT'S RETURNING CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS!!!

Amazing staff, and wonderful knowledge involved.They did wonders with a family hwirloom I have inherited, 124 years took its toll, and now it looks like it did when my great great grandmother got it for her 21st birthday.Cant recommend highly enough
