Checkout operator clearly didn't want to be there.Store is misleading customers on prices. Often clearance tickets up on shelf labels but the product is full price. Tell me how that is clearance?

Their prices are rediculous and hardly any people shopping there , whereas PaknSave was full and nearly all trollies in use!

Really impressed with your baking team. I phoned earlier to discuss what I thought was what I had been eating last week at Golden Bay. He tried very hard I Described to him getThe correct load. Maybe my wording might ha e been Vienna. Long story to short. Loaf was not the right one but I bought what he provided. Also explained how each store had special loaves. Just so impressed with his patience for an older person. Well done his job makes me to want to shop there even though New Countdown 10minutes away.Thank you Fresh Choice Richmond

Really upset by the poor customer service here - at management level! We tried to talk with Manager Georgia Watson who was awfully cold, stubborn, and clearly didn’t want to help us.Even though it was Freshchoice Richmond’s online system that had repeatedly made mistakes, Manager Watson made us feel like it was our fault for trying to use it! It was frustrating to have to cancel our groceries order but the most horrible part was the manager’s total lack of understanding or empathy.

Great to see locals supporting the small business's in level 3 lockdown! Line was out to the main entrance to the mall this afternoon!Can't fault Fresh Choice it's my favourite go to shop!Friendly staff, Awesome!
