I bought a coil at this place and they sold me the wrong one. I came back to get it replaced and the person on the till didn't just argue with me but also attended to another customer as if I wasn't there. After he attended the customer who was behind me on the queue, he then proceeded about telling me that it burnt because I left it on when it was in my pocket. Pretty much accusing me that I burnt it and it wasn't their fault. When I finally gave up and just bought another coil, the Staff told me that the reason why it didn't last is because the ohms of my coil was not the right one and it was of a different vape's. He literally admitted that they sold the wrong coil but just wanted to make money by not taking a defective product back and outting it as allowance.
