Great service by a very efficient team. Provided us the list of ingredients when we requested for. The girls who work there were very helpful. We also enjoyed our complimentary items.

Cakes are pretty good, my son is cat mad and for his birthday he wanted a cat on his cake so I asked them to draw a cat on the cake, and they said they weren't that good at drawing but would give it a go.... I think they did a great job!

Overall the prices to buy a cake are now extremely high, I did buy a Lemon Meringue Pie last night, it was $29.95 which I thought was better value, I also got a $5 discount with signing up with them too, The actual Pie is very good!

Both of them were the same prize on sale for a whole one but if you order for half and a half they were charging you half price time two, it didn’t make sense.Why same cheesecakes same price a whole. Then became expensive. You have to pay more to get another taste for half&half.Complicated and disappointed

One of the worst cakes we bought. We celebrated our anniversary and everyone complained that the cake tasted off and was too floury. Icing had a discolouration as it may have been old , then we checked the expiration date and it seems someone scratched the old expiration label off from the box, the scratches and scuffs were clearly visible, photos were taken.Luckily our kids did not eat it as one person got a a bad upset stomach.Worst quality, wasted time, money and fuel to go there twice,Do not recommend at all.Please check expiration the boxThey have no way of having good customer service and retention in dealing with situations like this.AVOID!!!!Rubbish quality with premium pricing.I wouldn't have given this feedback but the way they handled my complaint was really horrible, I got really upset. Never Never come back again.

This is the first ever cakeshop that I’ve loved since I arrived in Auckland. My personal favorite is their Tiramisu Torte. I would visit the their shop weekly just to have a slice of this torte. It’s not too sweet and I love just because it is Tiramisu. The price is reasonable and even my kids love to eat it. They offer cake slices in case you want to try it first before buying the whole cake.
